Ferry good day out

Members of several Darwin Probus clubs went on a ferry trip to Crab Claw Island and enjoyed a seafood banquet for lunch.

The two-hour journey slipped by in convivial chatter, renewing old acquaintances and making new ones. The group even celebrated an 80th birthday.

On shore a seafood banquet was consumed. After that some continued to chatter, while others engaged in a stroll around the resort.

All were welcomed back on board for the return journey and the friendship and fellowship continued, interrupted only by the odd nanna nap. A well-organised fun day was had by all.
