A lovely meeting

The Probus Club of South Bunbury’s October meeting was well attended and was preceded by a lovely spread for morning tea.

Many thanks to Fay and her support crew, including Elva.

The Club had three new guests, Rita Gibson (too shy to have her photo taken) and Margaret & Mike Gluck. Margaret was previously a member of the Bridgetown-Blackwood Probus Club. Since moving to the Bunbury region, Mike has decided to join his wife as a member of the South Bunbury Club. Joy Bain was a return visitor and has the paperwork necessary to join.

The Guest Speaker was Barbara Rae from the Bunbury Museum & Heritage Centre talking about Family History. Barbara took members through the steps that can help us prove that the data they are seeking (or receive) is accurate.

A few members then enjoyed a $10.50 roast lunch at the Australind Tavern.
