Met at Northland mall to catch bus to Lyttelton. Boarded Ferry to Diamond Harbour. Lunch at the Chalfont Cafe in Diamond Harbour. Returned to Lyttleton on 2 pm Ferry and to Northland by bus. A lovely day out courtesy of our Gold cards!

10.30am: Met in the Container Mall. Had an enjoyable walk around the nearby parts of the CBD - to see the changes that are taking place in our City.

12 Midday: Lunch at the downstairs Tea Rooms at Ballantynes.

10.30am: Visited "Love Light Soy Candles" 280 Hasketts Road, Yaldhurst. Beautiful handmade candles and a delightful outing very much enjoyed by everyone.

12.00 Midday:  Enjoyed Lunch at the Little Sister Cafe at  670 Main South Road. (Islington Tavern) Lovely food and setting.

10.30 am: A most enjoyable visit to local award winning winery - Cracroft Chase Vineyard in Cashmere.

12.00 Midday: Lunch at Zeros Cafe at 81 Cashmere Road

10.30am  A great visit to Watford Grange Llama Park in Templeton. Morning Tea and a short presentation about these friendly and charismatic animals. Followed by a short "hands on" time feeding the Llamas.The cost of $18.00 included a cold buffet lunch

20 December 2016:

For our final outing of the year, we celebrated Christmas Dinner at Chateau on the Park. This venue is always very popular, and as usual, many Club Members attended.
