Douglas, at the age of 75, completed the New York City Marathon last year, the biggest marathon in the world, despite having no vision in his left eye and 5% vision in his right eye.Thursday, 25 July 2024 at 10 am
Main Speaker: Anke Richter
Anke will talk on looking inside cults. Anke is an international journalist based in Lyttelton who writes for the Listener, North&South, Stuff, RNZ and the German media. Over the last 10 years, she has investigated cults like Centrepoint and Gloriavale, which she covers in her book Cult Trip.Thursday, 29 August 2024 at 10 am

Martin, senior lecturer at the University of Canterbury, will talk about the Treaty of Waitangi.
