Magill Probus Club’s first outing after lockdown was on Monday, September 2, as 14 members enjoyed a bus trip in the Adelaide Hills.

The Club was able to hire the Campbelltown City Council Community Bus thanks to a grant from the Council.

Members stopped at the historical German town of Hahndorf for a street walk and coffee, then on to the Woodside Hotel for lunch. After lunch, they visited the Woodside Cheese Factory and Melba’s Chocolate Factory. Needless to say they came back with a considerable supply of chocolates!

Magill Probus Club recommenced activities in July and most of the original members have returned, along with some new members. There are currently 29 members, with a number of others interested in joining.
