A strong start

The Hollywood Kings Park Probus in Western Australia has gotten off to a strong start with nearly a full membership after just a few months of its inaugural meeting.

The first of many excursions took place when members enjoyed a guided tour of the Desert River Sea exhibition of Kimberley art at the Art Gallery of WA.

Gallery guide Louise Mann gave the group insights into the diverse art of Australia’s last great wilderness area where many diverse First Australian cultural and language groups practise their traditional art with some artists adding a contemporary use of styles and materials.
