30th ANNIVERSARY, PROBUS CLUB OF DARWIN INC.

What a wonderful evening.  Probarian and Alderman Allan Mitchell ably compered the evening.  Close to 50 Probarians turned up with all their “Bling” at Sky City Ballroom to celebrate this milestone. 

The music was superb as was the dancing which included “the Macarena”, “the Chicken Dance” and the old favourite “the Hokey Pokey”.

The “Nuline” dance group (a Special Interest Group of the Probus Club of Darwin Inc) entertained us. 

I’m sure this group will grow in numbers after their exhibition.

Congratulations to President Meryl, Secretary Gwenda and their hardworking Social committee for the planning and execution of another spectacular event. 

This adds to the already impressive history of a great club.
