The Combined Probus Club of Cooleman gathered at Weston Park in beautiful South Canberra and conducted its first Club Meeting for 2022.

In 2021, the Club was able to hold some member meetings in person, some were missed altogether, and two were held via Zoom.

The Committee wanted to start 2022 with some positivity, which meant holding in-person meetings. As the Club’s meeting venue was off limits for February, the decision was made to move the meeting to the great outdoors.

President Bob Maroney greeted members and guests after opening the meeting with a couple of jokes and birthday greetings.

The sausages were delicious, and there were many willing cooks.

With perfect weather and convivial company, a good time was had by all.
