Florence hits a century

Florence Drury, esteemed member of the Probus Club of Helensvale, celebrated her 100th birthday on March 13, a few days before lockdown.

Florence and her late husband John were Charter Members of the Club. She is an amazing lady, full of life and fun.

She had no idea the Club was planning a surprise high tea, catered for by members. Bruce Paige from Channel Nine Gold Coast also joined the celebration.

Florence is the Club's historian and the photo above is with the 2020-21 Committee. The photo below is with her family.
