Latrobe Ladies Probus, Traralgon go to Walhalla.
Some Latrobe Ladies Probus, Traralgon, members recently travelled to Walhalla on a wintry but sunny day. They started the day at the Old Post Office where they were told a little of the History of Walhalla by one of the recently inducted club members, Lyn Hodson, who volunteers there.
They explored the town and had a great meal at the Hotel or café. After checking out the recently wool bombed train, they had a ride on the Goldfields Railway up to Thompson River and return.
A very busy day it was. There is so much to explore in Walhalla and they enjoyed what they were able to fit in.
