Happy knitters

A group of ladies from The Combined Probus Club of Lockleys South Australia have been busy knitting teddies.

The teddies are presented to each child for comfort and company when they attend the Adelaide Women's and Children's hospital.

We have lost count of how many teddies arrive at our monthly meeting, but at the end of the meeting the co-ordinator of the project is seen carrying a very, very large bag of teddies on their way to help make another child's visit to hospital less frightening and more comforting.
