Our Club commenced in late 2014, under Probus South Pacific Limited, and fosters the spirit of Friendship, Fellowship and Fun.

From a founding membership of 70, our Club has grown to be one of the largest clubs in the South Pacific region with 249 current members.  Prospective members are now limited to the post code of 2137 in order to service our local community.

The Club provides its members with a variety of interest groups, planned outings, travel opportunities and welfare to cater for their needs.

Our interst groups target all levels of fitness and mobility and include but is not limited to:

Book Clubs (3), Cards (Cribbage, Canasta, 500, May I), Mahjong, Golf, Travel Chat, Wine Appreciation, Movie and Theatre Outings, Photography, Dining Out, Cookbook Club, Harbour Walks, Kayaking, Bike Riding, Tennis, Family History and Researching, Barefoot Bowls, Needlecraft and Yarning.

Other planned outings include and Autumn and Spring Meet and Greet, Christmas Lunch and a New Year Barbecue.

Outings occur regularly and have included a Metro Walk, Day train trip to Berry, Chinese New Year Light Show, Hawkesbury Races, Sex, Scandal and Murder Darlinghurst walk, Royal Automobile Club, Pub Crawl, Newtown Wall Art discovery, Hambledon Cottage, Urban Street adventures of Burwood Chinatown and Harris Park's Little India, the hidden artwork of Sydney, and Mount Wilson to name a few.

Regarding travel, the Club has been very active with recent tours that have included Tasmania, India, Sicily and Sardinia, King Island, Perth Esperance and Kalgoorlie, Newcastle Coastal Escape, Mudgee Wineries, Queensland outback, Victorian High Country, Limestone Coast and Grampians.  Plans are now underway for trips to King Island (2025), France and India in 2026.

For members needing assistance or support, the Club has a dedicated and caring welfare officer.

Our Club has become a place to meet and greet new friends, share interests, activities and travel opportunities, to the benefit of all our members.
