ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025 - 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Probus Club of Highfields Inc will be held at Highfields Tavern, Highfields, on Thursday 6 March 2025, following the general meeting at 10.00am, for the following purposes:
- To approve the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 8 March 2024;
- To approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024;
- To elect the Officers and Management Committee members for the year to 31 March 2026;
- To appoint an auditor;
- To confirm the membership fees for the year to 31 March 2026.
