HISTORY

• Our Club, MOUNT ELIZA CENTRAL, was formed on February 27, 1987, after Mt Eliza Rotry identified the need for an additional Probus Club in the area.  

• There were 25 foundation members and meetings were held on the fourth Friday of each month.  In August of 1989, the official club name was formatted as The Probus Club of Mount Eliza Central Inc., and in 2002, aftger cdonstitutional changes, our Club opened to lady members, with the first female member being sworn in on May 24, 2002.

• Our Club continues to grow, evolve and rejuvenate after more than two years of Covid.
