Our Constitution and By-Laws are available to all members at their request.
Although not restricted only to this area, our members are mainly drawn from those living in the general Shellharbour area.
Our Club's History and Meeting Venue
Our club was formed in December 1986 and has operated continuously since then. We currently meet on the second monday of the month at the Shellharbour Bowls and Recreation Club, 1 Jason Avenue, Warilla. Our meetings start at10.00AM and finish at approximately 12noon with a refreshment break for tea or coffee. If a meeting day falls on a public holiday then the meeting is brought forward to the first monday of the month.
Subscriptions
For the year 2018/2019 subscriptions are a one-off $10.00 initial joing fee which covers PSPL registration costs. The club's annual subscription is $30.00 which covers PSPL insurance and magazine. We currently charge $3.00 for morning teas but this may change. Personal name badges are presented to each member and organised through our Secretary for uniformity.
Club Bulletin
A free informative bulletin is either mailed or e-mailed to all members every month. Most members have elected to receive their bulletins by e-mail. Our bulletin gives details of coming events, their costs and venues as well as other club news and general information.
Every year, generally in August, all members are circulated with a list of current club members, their telephone numbers and addresses.
PSPL Active Retirees Magazine
This magazine is published by PSPL and copies are made available at our regular meetings when available.
