MEETINGS

Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month commencing at 10.00am and are held in the East Maitland Bowling Club.

Our meetings consist of passing the previous months' Minutes followed by General Business. If there are any new Members to be inducted this is done first. Our Host Committee run a badge draw every month with the winner receiving a small gift.This is a new idea and seems to be very rewarding. Morning Tea is held after the General Business and we encourage members to mix during this time. After resuming the meeting our Guest Speaker is then introduced.

Special meetings like Anzac Day our guest speaker will give a talk on this subject and at the Xmas Meeting we usually have entertainment and a special luncheon.
