Our meetings are held at the Tewantin RSL Club in Memorial Avenue, Tewantin, on the 4th. Tuesday of the month except for December when there is no meeting.
Our club has the use of a partitioned section of the dining room which is reserved for our meetings.
We start at 10.00am with morning tea, allowing us time to say hello to our friends and enjoy our muffins.
Our Guest Speaker usually begins at 10.30am and club members are encouraged to ask questions when the speaker's talk has finished.
There is then a short meeting and various reports are presented by committee members.
Afterwards a questionnaire is distributed to all members who select which functions they would like to attend the following month. This is then returned to the convenor who makes the bookings for the venues selected.
The meeting is then closed but members are welcome to stay and enjoy lunch at the RSL Club which offers an extensive menu at a very reasonable cost.
