STAYING IN TOUCH AND COVID-19

Remember though, even while we're practising physical distancing, it is important to stay connected with people so we don't feel isolated. Make sure you reach out to friends and family and connect - even better if you can facetime on a videocall. You can read more about staying connected in this article at The Conversation. You might also consider signing up for the Red Cross telecross service. Telecross is a service that provides a daily phone call to check on wellbeing - you can find out more on the Red Cross website.

AGEING AND DISABILITY COMMISSIONER
