Here's to Phyllis

Ulverstone Ladies’ Probus Club enjoyed an exciting event at its April meeting.

Phyllis, who celebrated her 100th birthday in February, was inducted into the Club as a full member – maybe the oldest person in Australian Probus history to do so?

Phyllis’s daughter Judy recently became a member, and was sure her mum would enjoy the Fun, Friendship and Fellowship the Club offers, as she enjoys socialising and meeting new friends.

Phyllis has already participated in the monthly card playing afternoons, and two luncheon outings with members.

Phyllis lives independently and drives her car around town. She says her many craft and family interests, and her determination to enjoy each day as it comes, has enabled her to live a full, healthy life.
