A fun outing to New Brighton

Rolleston Central Probus Club recently went for a fun day out to New Brighton Beach.
The bus trip took over an hour with lots of stops on the way with passengers getting on and off at various stages. It was a unique way to see the city and the outlying suburbs.
Upon arriving to the beach, everyone dispersed to their favourite spots such as walking the pier, talking to the fishers, and admiring the sand art.
Lunch was followed at a nearby restaurant with most having whitebait fritters or fish and chips. The Club would like to thank Christine for organising this trip.
