APRIL: Riverboat Postman Cruise |

Come cruising with us on the Hawkesbury Mail Boat, the famous Riverboat Postman, and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the lower Hawkesbury River as the crew deliver the mail and other essentials (the odd bottle of whiskey or rum...) to the river-access-only settlements upriver from Brooklyn. The cruise leaves the wharf at 10am regardless of the weather - after all, ‘the mail must get through’!

MAY: Anniversary Cruise: Sydney Under Attack |

The 1942 Japanese midget submarine attack on ships in Sydney Harbour remains a topical subject. This cruise has been scheduled for other Probus club members and charity groups (in addition to the ones organised by the Naval Historical Society). The cruise boat will take you to sites on the Harbour where key events occurred and a comprehensive description of how those events during the fateful night of 31stMay & 1stJune 1942 unfolded. The story will be told by expert narrators from the Naval Historical Society of Australia. WHEN: 28th May 2026, check-in time: 9.30am, boarding time: 9.45am (returning between 12.30 to 1.00pm). WHERE: King Street Wharf 3, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW.
