Probus South Pacific Limited (PSPL), our governing body, monitors legislative and other events that could impact upon clubs and their members.  From this investigation, a base Constitution has been compiled and is regularly updated. Individual clubs are then able to make minor local changes to this document, and with the consent of PSPL, implement it following a vote by members.

Most clubs find it necessary to also create, and accept, some local "Standing Resolutions" that supplement and compliment our constitution.
