This coastal region situated immediately south of Syndey and north of the Shoalhaven or South Coast region, encompassing the cities of Wollognong, Shellharbour the town of Kiama and the shire of Wingacarribee, is home to the Illawarra Probus Community which includes the following Probus clubs:
