Meeting Apologies

If you are unable to attend a general or annual meeting, either phone the Membership Officer or send an apology before the meeting using this form or email [email protected] 

Apologies at short notice will be accepted at the meeting. Another member can apologise on your behalf by completing an apology form, this form will be available at the welcome desk. No apologies will be accepted after the meeting is called to order.

Please note that you must attend at least 50% of meetings as set out in the Constitution - Membership 3(i) " Membership of this club shall be contingent upon attendance at regular meetings of not less than fifty per cent in any club year, subject to leave of absence in case of sickness or on any other reasonable ground"
