Club Operation During COVID-19 - updated July 2021
The Executive of the Probus Club of Rouse Hill Inc wish to advise all members that, as there are daily updates to the mandated requirements for COVID-19 prevention and personal protection, we have decided on what we feel is the best way forward to keep members informed of changes to club activities in the most efficient manner possible in these challenging times.
1. From time to time, club outings and interest groups may be subject to restricted numbers as health advice and regulations change during the Pandemic. Please check with the Interest Group Leader for more information.
2. Club meetings will be held at a suitable venue, from January 2021, this is the Greenway Room at the Fiddler, Rouse Hill. Any attendees must comply with the venue's requirements and the health requirements in place, on the day of the meeting. Any one who does not comply will be asked to leave by the Venue Management team.
3. Club members are advised that where possible, club updates will be made on the club website, as well as via email and on the Facebook page, until further notice, so please remember to check the website, particularly the HEALTH AND SAFETY UPDATES page for details.

4. If any member does not have internet access, or you are aware of someone with no internet access, please can you "buddy" up with another member who can provide the information as it changes.
5. All payments to the club need to be via EFT - no cash or cheques will be accepted due to current Health and Safety issues . If any member does not know how to use EFT, or does not have an electronic account, they should "buddy" up with another member who can assist them. Cash payments may be made directly to the club's bank account at any branch of the ANZ bank. Club bank account details are provided in the Newsletter, or on the relevant outing or activity update.
6. Newsletters will still be emailed to members.
If you have any questions for the Committee on these points or any other club related matter, please email the club email address.
IN THE MEANWHILE, STAY SAFE. STAY HEALTHY AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EACH OTHER.
Best Regards
Your Executive Committee
