Minutes of the Annual General Meeting and details of elections and the year's activities and plans for the year ahead are circulated to members. Also Minutes of each Monthly Meeting are circulated to members by email.

Important information regarding decisions of the Committee is included in the Monthly Newsletter, together with details of events and interesting snippets. Of course, detailed Committee Minutes are circulated to Committee Members following each Committee meeting.
