Trip to Werribee Zoo. 9th October
This trip is joint trip with Donvale Hill Probus Club.
We will travel by coach. The coach will leave Rieschiecks Reserve, corner of Victoria and George street, East Doncaster, at 9.00am and return late in the afternoon.
This will allow 4 hours to enjoy the zoo, including a 40 safari bus tour of the Savannah Trail. On the trail youi can spot zebras, rhinos, giraffes, antelopes and many more animals.
Recently the elephants have been moved into their new home at Werribee and you can visit them on a free walking trail. A buggy drives around the trail and will take visitors back to reception if they have any mobility issues.
The cost of the outing is $78 which includes travel in the coach, admission to the zoo and the Safari bus tour, and is calculated on their being 30 attendees.
Lunch is not provided, but can be purchased at either the indoor cafeteria or bistro at the Zoo.
