PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Members are reminded that when paying for an outing, a dinner or membership fees to the Club account using their bank's money transfer facility (BSB) they must notify the respective Club officer of that transfer so that the officer can tick them off for the particular function or payment and write them out a yellow Club receipt.   If the member does not follow the above procedure they could miss out on attending a function.   

Ideally the member could email a bank receipt showing the transfer details.

PAYMENT BY EFTPOS MACHINE

Members are reminded that when paying for an outing, a dinner or membership fees using the EFTPOS machine you must take your EFTPOS receipt to the appropriate Club officer and obtain your yellow Club receipt to validate your payment for the particular function, outing etc.    Note that the EFTPOS machine will not be used for Theatre events or trips away involving overnight stays.   Payment for these can be made with the appropriate Club officer.  

GENERAL MEETING ENTRY

The cost for entry to General Meetings has been increased to $12 per person from January 2023 due to an increase in costs from the WMLC.  Entry for all first time visitors is free.  For subsequent meetings the entry fee is the normal door fee of $12.  Please note that all members, prospective members, visitors and guests must be marked off in the attendance register at the door prior to entry.
