On 1 February 2022 our club member Gilbert Ralph presented the following introduction regarding the Realities of Nuclear Power.  Our Coffee and Conversation Group found the topic of great interest and his introduction was followed by a lively discussion afterwards.

During our September 2021 Zoom Meeting, Professor Frank Larkins gave a very interesting presentation on Australian Wetlands. A copy of the presentation can be found below.

Our May 2020 speaker was Mr Nick Szwed.  Nick is a retired Vic Roads engineer.  He has Belarus heritage and in recent years has taken a great interest in Belarus and visited several times.  He has produced a very interesting presentation about the country which he presented.

During our November 2020 Zoom Meeing Dr Andrew Turner, a member of our club, gave a very informative talk on

Zoonoses – Animal diseases transmissible to humans, a changing environment and changing disease occurrence.
