WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30th note 5th Wednesday due to the availability of the exhibition. Castaways Sculptures by the Sea Rockingham. Castaways is an annual outdoor sculptural exhibition showcasing artworks created from repurposed materials. This is my favourite outing, Rockingham foreshore is worth a visit, and the exhibition is inspiring. There is an open section on the beach easily viewed from the boardwalk no stairs, a school’s section on the grass and for the really keen, a small sculpture Exhibition at the Rockingham Arts Centre a block away. There are numerous cafes/ restaurants to purchase lunch or take your own.
